Cush it to the Limit

Imagine being a young adult with a cancer diagnosis for which there is no known cure. 19-year-old T-cell lymphoma (TCL) patient, Ben "Big Cat" Cushing and friends founded Cush it to the Limit (CITTL) in 2017 to advance research into rare blood cancers. Ben and friends knew their efforts would not effect his outcome, but they wanted to bring hope to others who might one day be in his same situation. Ben lost his 9-month battle to an aggressive strain of TCL, but we continue his mission to accelerate treatment options and ultimately to find a cure for t-cell and other rare lymphomas.

Darkness to Light

What does courage mean to you? Our Giving Tuesday campaign, Courage Is…, invites you to consider what courage looks like in your life. During Giving Tuesday, which also happens to be the National Day of Courage, we are asking you to courageously stand with us to end child sexual abuse. Our courageous goal? Help us raise $20,000 in celebration of our 20th anniversary! Your support may be one of the most profound gifts you can give to your children and your community.

Deer Lodge Food Pantry

Deer Lodge Food Pantry is a non profit organization that helps less fortunate families in the Powell County area by providing food. We are operated 100 per cent by Volunteers and rely on generous people for food donations and cash donations. Cash donations are used for purchase of food not provided by food donations and for the utility bills, insurance and taxes. We help everyone in need - from newborns to 97 year old senior citizens and we do not discriminate against anyone coming to our food pantry. It is humbling to see the smiles on faces of children, adults and senior citizens when they are letting us serve them. We purchase food locally which helps businesses in our area.
